What is Goals?

The Goals Module is a real time KPI tracker for you to stay focused on your business goals.

As your organization grows, it can become difficult to stay on top of all your targets (across platforms, departments and regions).

Since Cohesyve is integrated into your business data across all verticals, you can use the module to create a metric and then add it as a goal to be tracked in real time.

For example, you may set goals for specific platforms or cities such as:

  • Shopify Revenue in San Francisco

  • Campaign ROAS on Facebook Ads

  • Specific sales target for an employee on Hubspot

How It Works

Once you create Metrics in the Explorer module, you can click "Track"

Standard Metrics -> For example, on Shopify it can be metrics like:

  • Number of Customers

  • Abandonment Rate

  • Number of Orders

  • Total Revenue

If you wish to track custom metrics/tables, you can do so through the module.
