What is Insights?

The Insights Module is a real-time unified dashboard to track the performance of your entire business, across all your data sources, in one place.

As a D2C founder, you may be managing multiple accounts across Shopify, Amazon, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, eBay, Walmart, CRM software and more. And every platform has an "Analytics" tab that helps you understand how you're doing.

But in 2024, every brand is targeting an omni-channel approach and it's kinda annoying to open 10 dashboards repeatedly just to see how the last week performance was.

So we've decided to change that.

How It Works

Once you connect your data through the module, the platform picks up the standard metrics linked to that platform and tracks it all in real-time here.

Standard Metrics -> For example, on Shopify it can be metrics like:

  • Number of Customers

  • Abandonment Rate

  • Number of Orders

  • Total Revenue

If you wish to track custom metrics/tables, you can do so through the module.
